EPC Assessment
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is an asset efficiency rating. It advises the property owner on how energy efficient a building is and its impact on the environment. A property is rated on a scale of between A – G. An A rating being the most efficient. In England and Wales, the a verage efficiency rating for an existing dwelling is D60. Homes with a higher rating are likely to have a lower impact of Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emissions.
The Certificate will also include various recommendations on methods by which a property owner might improve their energy efficiency of their property. This will lead to a possible financial saving as well as helping the environment.

We also provide a digital floorplan service. Professionally designed floorplans will enable your prospective purchaser/ tenants to gain an idea of the layout of your property prior to viewing. EPC Dynamics use state of the art, digital applications to bring you the best in professional floor plans that are available. We can produce plans in black & white, colour and 3d.

An inventory is a detailed inspection of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings in a property. It includes conditional, descriptive comments for each room. The report includes an overview picture of each room and separate images showing the condition of any items that appear damaged or valuable. Our standard Inventory report can be produced at any time during the tenancy and is purely a snapshot of the property at any given date.

As with the standard Inventory report, An Inventory and Meter Readings report can be produced at any time during the tenancy and includes meter readings for the gas, electricity and water meters, supported with photos.
